Emily Brontë's classic tale of obsessive love and revenge on the Yorkshire moors. It focuses on the doomed romance between the headstrong Cathy and the brooding Heathcliff, touching on their deep emotional bond, Cathy's eventual marriage to another man for social status, and Heathcliff's return, driven by bitterness and a desire for retribution.
