*Trigger Warning*  - There are very few topics that we take seriously on the pod, with most everything fair game to comedy. We lean into the awkward and hope you enjoy the ever-stressed Brodie in damage limitation mode as Dan brings the sledgehammer of subtlety down onto the sugar-glass sheet of inevitable cancelation. That being said, we cover the topics of testicular torsion and testicular cancer in this episode, with both hosts having had their own personal journeys. 

None of the levity around the topic is meant to be glib. Men don't talk enough about 'private' health issues, and it's literally killing us. Shelf the machismo image and get yourself checked out if you notice any bumps and lumps, don't leave it until you are in pain. Testicular cancer has a 99% 5 year survival rate if caught early, though ignoring it and letting it spread to the lymph nodes will see your odds fall the longer you wait. Talk to each other, we are all just kids playing dress up, pretending to be adults and looking up Youtube to find out how to lay a lino. A real mate will not ignore you and a doctor has seen 15 things much worse than your nutsack before their morning coffee. you know your body best, if it feels wrong, push to get it checked out- not all GPs are equal!

In the second part of our Holiday special, we were determined to get together and put right what once went wrong with our decidedly brutal Christmas episode. However, in lieu of an holographic (yes, there is meant to be an 'an' there) Admiral with a handheld supercomputer link to keep us on track, we had beer and vodka. Oh, boy. 

I will level with you, upfront... we did not really manage to bring that inner warmth and optimism that 2025 deserves as the production notes were swiftly torn asunder for, amongst other things, a tremendous Dan anecdote about the joys of giving at Christmas (Roundhouse kicks). 

This 'Live and Raw' episode format enabled us to test out our new back-up recording device to see if we could pod from the output, so our production isn't quite up to the usual standards as the audiophiles will probably notice. 

Also, despite the format idea of 'Live and Raw' it is neither live nor raw- I have to edit for 2 very important reasons: 

1) To match the artistic vision and soundscape I hear in my head. 

2) Dan.

Ok- so it's a little late, but if you want to capture that last remaining glow of those glorious couple of weeks of Christmas then this episode is for y... 

Actually, no, it really isn't - Our lovely production outline went out of the window in the first few seconds of recording and never recovered. You could blame the copious amounts of alcohol or high spirits of the season, but more likely, putting two utter clowns in a studio who are distracted by shiny things is to blame. 

As you would expect for a Christmas Pod, this episode consists of festive topics such as criminality, drug misuse and which of the Teletubbies truly is the daddy. 

Our legal team have had us edit this down to a fraction of what it was and still aren't happy with it, but what can you do? It's what Santa himself would want.
