This week we sit down with Clay Epperson.  Clay spends an insane amount of time chasing big Kansas bucks and pigs around the piney woods of Eastern Texas where he calls home.  Clay and his wife are raising their two young daughters, and he's figured out a way to maximize his hunting time without taking away from family time for sure!
