Floating on your back in a clear blue lake, looking up at the sky, and realizing that the sky has a magnetic quality that allows your thoughts to float right out and up into the sky. And then, in your imagination, your spine unzips, from the base of your skull all the way down to your sacrum, and out of your body flows anything unhealthy, unwanted - old memories, resentments, bad feelings, old negative thought patterns and habits, all those things that have served their time, those images, memories, thoughts, feelings, anything that is unhealthy, any cell that is weak and unhealthy goes down, to the bottom of the lake.
