A mix of the great art of traditional dance, melded with flow and movement practices. Its is the artsy, psychedelic and fun mix of new and old. Lumia Dance Company was founded by Sofia Nelson in 2020. Sofia hopes to blend her worlds of dance and flow arts to bring you large stage productions in the Los Angeles Area. With their first show scheduled, we talk about how Lumia came to be and get a small glimpse into their first production of A Journey through Flow and Time, a Nutcracker Story.
