Please keep in mind that the neighborhood and county-wide stats that I share may not be reflective of a particular home. Sometimes comparable home prices trend at the same pace as the county or neighborhood rates of change, and sometimes they do not. This data is meant to give you a snapshot of what's going on overall in this market.
