Sooooo I got scammed on Facebook Marketplace last week... Yes it was a bad situation and not ideal but the bigger takeaway from it was the feathers it ruffled inside me...

.

This mistake hit me to my core because it uncovered how BIG my fear of failure really is

.

SO I'm challenging myself this month... in fact I'm calling it my Month of Failure

.

(Like I talk about in the episode- if it worked for Sara Blakely- why not try it!)

.

SEO is something that’s been on my to do list for a while….

But always gets knocked to the bottoms because honestly:

My major takeaways:

1️⃣ Focus on what you can control- by optimizing your pages and posting strategic blogs

2️⃣ Optimizing means asking your ICA (and using a keyword tool like Uber Suggest) to learn the phrases they actually type into Google

3️⃣ Getting started using as simple as:

✨ doing a site audit to make sure your platform and Google are chitchatting

✨ then keyword research

✨ then incorporate those into your content and site (in a readable way)

.

Today I need time to rest.... I'm feeling tired

.

And while the old me would've just pushed through... the true me (because I don't like the idea of the "new" me) chose to refill my cup instead.

.

To lean into space, being more intentional and intuitive with my body and in the midst of it all- I received a great reminder of my past

.

A system I used to share at the beginning of this business, my Time Freedom Formula, which is how I seemingly "do it all" while still being happy and sane

.

Sunday through today we scooted away to celebrate our 6 year wedding anniversary which is Friday 💍
