  • How to get the ERC tax credit for your business! -- EP #237
    On Todays episode of Clicks and bricks Podcast Ken talks to Donald Cox. Ken and Donald discuss the ERC/ERTC available from the IRS.
    About Donald and ERTC:
    🔆 Next Step 🔆 To qualify your biz - Go to www.myertcrefund.com submit your information to start the process, answer a questionnaire, & upload docs to qualify your business.
    What is the Employee Retention Tax Credit? A Tax Credit.
    The CARES ACT passed by Congress in 2020 encouraged businesses to keep employees on their payroll. The refundable tax credit is 50% of up to $10,000 in wages paid by an eligible employer whose business has been financially impacted by COVID-19 for 2020 & up to $7,000 per Q1, Q2, & Q3 for 2021 through the American Rescue Plan Act.
    How much could my business qualify for? Up to $26,000 per W-2 Employee.
    Google;
    IRS FAQs Employee Retention Credit under the CARES Act - (ERTC)
    and
    IRS FAQs American Rescue Plan
    - (the American Rescue Plan extended the ERTC)
    How much a business qualifies for varies for each business. We are seeing businesses with 5+ W-2 (non-owner/family) employees qualify for up to $26,000 per W-2 in Tax credits from the IRS.
    We had a 2 location restaurant with 90 employees who did not receive a PPP loan and qualify for $2.1 million. A marketing agency with 12 employees that received a PPP loan qualified for $75,000.
    There are NO RESTRICTIONS ATTACHED WITH THE ERTC funds, like the PPP. You can spend the money however you see fit for your business.
    If you file quarterly taxes then your payroll company or CPA already has all the information needed to apply. It does not take much time & effort for you to qualify because we do all the hard work once you provide the files.
    🔆 Go to 🔆 www.myertcrefund.com - take 90 seconds to submit your business information to start the process. You will receive an email with a secure link to answer a questionnaire & upload all necessary files for review. We cannot start until all documents are uploaded.
    Once All Docs are in;
    - A CPA Specialist will qualify your business 🟢 NO COST to You 🟢
    - You will know the amount your business qualifies for before deciding to do business with us.
    - Once all required documents are uploaded, your qualification requirements are met, and you decide to work with us, we will amend all your 941s within 5-10 business days or less.
    - Your amended 941s will then be ready to refile for your Tax Credit.
