After gaining 50 lbs in a short period of time and facing a bout of depression, Courtney struggled with where to start in her health journey.

She desired weight loss in the long run, but more than anything, she first wanted to feel so confident in her health habits and relationship to food as someone who lived a super stressful life as a business owner and had turned to emotional eating in the past.

In this conversation, Julia and Courtney talk about how little changes turned into big waves, like becoming someone who moves her body consistently, who experiences way less period cramps, and who understands how to eat with confidence (and avoid sugar cravings) - plus, how going to therapy while working with a nutrition coach unlocked even more growth.

Even though she hasn't even focused on it directly, she’s also already down nearly 12 lbs in the last few months from making these small changes over time.
