I used to think that when we had incompatibility issues, it was a sign the relationship was in trouble. But after finding out firsthand, relationships are based on feeling. If we have a good feeling, things usually work themselves out. And anytime we had crappy feelings, let's say it no longer meant its time to end things and move on.

I used to bully my relationship into a better space until I found a better way. Four years later, I reflect on 1 of the biggest secrets I learned about communication. 

This is a concept that I first lived, then found the book that supported my finding. This podcast is from my own experience, and what I have started to see with the people I work with. A reset is always possible in your relationship... If you genuinely want it.
