I did not know that parenting could be so triggering. If you get stressed out and feel like no one is around, you are not alone.

 My parenting style has changed as I have come alive to how easy it is for me to get in my own way. 

If I had one piece of advice for parents, you are ok, your kids are ok, and you will be ok. If you don’t think you are ok, that is ok too.

You are not alone. 

 We are all here to come together, to unfold as humans. If you are a parent, this may help you rest easier at night.
