In Luke's Gospel, the first words of Christ's ministry are "the Spirit is upon me to proclaim." His final words tell us the Spirit will come upon US for the same purpose. In our final message of our year in Luke, we see our God-given identity as witnesses, and the supernatural resource that helps us live it out.
