Troubleshooting Steps
• Collect ColdFusion thread dump and heap dump
• Use eclipse memory analyzer to see regions of heap space being consumed
• Found ColdFusion runtime memory session scope was consuming majority of java heap space
• Block known bots
• ColdFusion Session Management - check for cookies - doesn't accept cookies then we assume it is a bot
