This is the sixth commandment.

Commandment - 4

Belshazzar's last night was filled with revelry, but ended in ruin. Sin will do that. The hand writing on the wall condemned him to a lost eternity.

Bartimaeus was made to see for his faith in Jesus as the Son of David.

God forbid that I should glory in the cross, simply means there is no other way to be saved and there is no other way to glorify God. We must preach the cross, believe the cross and rejoice in God's wonderful mercy to sinners through the death of His Son.

The pride of man oozes out of all men. The number one problem in the world is man's pride. It is the mother of all sins.-It was the first sin. It was the sin by which Satan started war in heaven and for which he was cast out.-Pride was the poison of Satan's temptation appealing to the soft spot of human nature when he told Eve the lie, Ye shall become as gods.--It was pride that drove Nebuchadnezzar out of His kingdom to eat grass with the wild beasts for seven seasons or years before he was brought to the humble confession at the end of chapter 4 -those that walk in pride, he -God- is able to abase.- Dan. 4-37

Naaman became a leper who was healed in a very unique way. He had to wash seven times in the river Jordan.
