From 2014 to 2018, DJ HIRO lived in Brooklyn, New York, where he immersed himself in the local Caribbean music scene.
After returning to Japan, he has been based in Osaka, performing as a resident DJ at BALABUSHKA.
Together with DJ JAYS, who is currently based in Oita as part of BLB MIXERS, he recently released their 100th mix.
Blending Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, and Mainstream without being confined to a single genre, DJ HIRO continues to showcase his versatile sound.
