Theme: The effective motivator for continuing and excelling, amid persecution, in the genuine faith is a holy obsession with the return of the Lord Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the glorious image of God, and through faith in Him, God’s glorious image is being restored in you, therefore glorify God by enjoying Him now and forever.

Theme: Without the transformation into Christlikeness, the mission of the church will fail.

Theme: When you’re clear what a sinner needs to be saved from— sin, death, and hell—you’ll be clear about the things that are and aren’t in line with Christ’s mission

Theme: You gladly sacrifice for the planting of a church when you are convinced that hell is real and only the gospel of Jesus Christ can rescue sinners from its terror.

Theme: The banner over Christ Memorial Church—and over our future church plant—is the gospel, summarized in the phrase, “Christ crucified.” The gospel is a message worth courageously identifying with. 

Theme: Life between the time of our spiritual exodus and our full entrance into the promised land means a life of hope-tempered sacrifice—like launching a church plant requires.

Theme: We are planting a church because churches are both the necessary result of and the necessary context for obedience to the Great Commission. What’s your role to play?
