For almost 40 years, "Taste of Chicago" has been an iconic staple to the city drawing in tourist from around the world to indulge on local Chicago eats, craft beer, people watching and of course - music.

This year, Ed took to the Chicago streets of Taste and brought along his recorder, asking locals and tourist about hip-hop, the true essence of "Taste" and last but not certainly not least - an on the spot interview with two very important figures in hip-hop: Talib Kweli and Yasiin Bey (formerly known as 'Mos Def) a-k-a "Black Star," who performed on the main stage at Taste this year.
