• 2005 Wisconsin Large School Soccer Coach of the Year
• Class of 2017 Wisconsin Soccer Hall of Fame.

Greg has also authored 2 leadership books, "Coaching a Season of Significance," & "The Transformational Coach," both top sellers on Amazon. In all his work, he has shown youth sports coaches what it takes to win games AND shape the lives of the young athletes he coaches.

Jim has developed and coached NBA players as well as elite prospects who have attended the nation's top college basketball programs, including Duke and Kentucky.

Featuring 20+ years of basketball coaching experience at the youth sports, high school, and college levels, Jim's resume includes 45 championships, 13 runner-up finishes, and 26 final four appearances at regional and national tournaments.

He served as the head coach for Mokan Basketball, a Nike sponsored team. Mokan reached the Final Four at the 2012 Peach Jam, which was made up of the top 24 teams from the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League.

He then went on to spend 11 years working for Brand Jordan, where he served as Global Director of Jordan Footwear. While paving a successful career for himself which included working hand-in-hand with Michael Jordan, Josiah still found time to pursue his passion for training players.

In 2013, Josiah decided to focus on this passion full-time and opened The Practice Facility in Portland, OR. His vision was to combine his basketball and business experience to create a unique place for athletes of all ages to pursue their goals. The Practice Facility has sent over 60+ players on to play college basketball.

Josiah finds purpose in helping youth athletes develop, and understand how to use basketball as a vehicle to accomplish their goals on and off the court.

He also has experience working with and coaching government agencies and organizations including the U.S. House of Representatives (Congress), Department of Defense, Pentagon, JSOC, Wounded Warrior Project, USO, and all branches of the United States Military.

Steve has worked with twelve #1 overall draft picks in preparation for the NFL, NBA, and NHL drafts including Yao Ming, Sidney Crosby, Alex Smith, and Cam Newton.

In his former career as an actor, Steve was featured in over 100 national commercials, and film and tv shows such as Will & Grace, Dharma & Greg, Winning London, American Pie 2, and Space Jam. Steve is also on the Advisory Board for Derek Jeter’s, The Players’ Tribune, and is a media trainer for the NBA pre-draft program.

Most importantly, Steve resides in Bradenton, Florida with his wife and two daughters.

Today, I'm excited to be joined by Coach Mike Winters. Mike Winters has spent 18 seasons as a varsity basketball coach at Oregon, Rockford Jefferson, Rock Falls, Boylan Catholic and Machesney Park Harlem in the state of Illinois.

His career record is 357-164 (.687 win percentage), and he opened his career with 14 consecutive winning seasons. He has led three different programs to the State Tournament (SuperSectional or beyond).

Coach Winters has also been named the IBCA District Coach of the Year seven times and was the Sauk Valley Newspapers Coach of the Year in 2006 and the NIC-10 Coach of the Year in 2016.

Coach Winters has coached players who have gone on to play D1 at schools like Minnesota, Kansas State, New Orleans, Florida A & M, Evansville, Southeast Missouri, Ball State, Wisconsin-Green Bay, University of Illinois-Chicago, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Air Force and many others who have competed at the Division II, Division III and JUCO levels.

Mike Winters has been heard on more than 300 radio stations across the country. This includes the top talk station in Chicago, WGN, as well as other top shows in major markets such as Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, Miami, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Sacramento, San Diego, Tampa, Vegas, and more thanks to the National Show, This Morning with Gordon Deal. Today, I'm excited to be joined by Jamy Bechler. Jamy Bechler is a professional speaker, leadership coach, author, and podcast host based out of Akron, Ohio. 

Before going into full-time leadership work, Jamy served for 20 years as a college basketball coach and high school athletic director.  When he left his last college to become an athletic director, he was the winningest coach in program history.  His 2014 team earned the national "Champions of Character" award.

As an athletic director, he transformed the athletic department, instituting budgeting processes, student-athlete leadership training, and innovative marketing strategies that were featured in Athletic Management magazine. He supervised the 5th largest high school gymnasium in the country and oversaw the boys basketball team winning their 8th state championship (most in Indiana history).

Through his experiences as an athletic director, college coach, and leadership consultant, he has created TheLeadershipPlaybook.com, which is a membership site helping athletic departments develop better teammates, more positive leaders, and stronger cultures.

Jamy also is the host of the "Success is a Choice" podcast, which interviews people from various walks of life, and is the author of three books, including "The Bus Trip".

He currently works with high-level organizations, teams, athletes, and coaches to maximize their potential in the area of leadership, culture, and teamwork.

Travis Daugherty is the founder and director of Champions 101, a sports performance and leadership development program for athletes, youth sports coaches, and sports parents. Like any 101 course, Champions 101 is focused on the fundamentals - on the basics that becoming a champion requires.

Travis spent 14 years as a head high school basketball coach in Indiana, where his teams won nearly 200 games. He was honored as the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 2008. Travis is also the author of two books. His first, published in 2017, was The LENS: Raising a Champion Athlete and Man in Today's Myopic World. It's a game plan for effective sports parenting. His second book, published in 2019, was Hidden Talent: Uncovering What Really Makes a Champion a Champion. It's a deep dive into the mindset, choices, and behaviors that separate champions from everyone else, that make them unique, and that help them become people worthy of winning, on the playing field, and beyond.
