People with high emotional intelligence have many positive qualities that Leaders need. These include self-awareness, empathy, frustration tolerance, and the ability to have difficult conversations. Here's how it works: 

    The first step is learning about emotional intelligence and what it entails. This means understanding the four main branches of EI - self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and relationship management.
