Diane and I had the pleasure of speaking with Daryl Steeves this evening and what a pleasure it was. Daryl has an extensive background in sports and coaching and has done just about everything and then some. We hear the story of when Daryl was first diagnosed with Arthritis and how he has been very active in spite of that. How he was part of the group to help start the Marathon by the Sea in Saint John. Daryl likes to use the scientific knowledge he has to help him in his coaching. We were informed by Daryl that he has been running since the 60s, now that's a lot of years of running.
