Mikhal Kornegay went from walk-on to captain and Special Teams MVP during his time at Florida State.

Now the native of nearby Greenville is working with a dozen FSU players during the pandemic to help them remain in-shape and sharp. The former FSU assistant specializes in speed training, and he’s worked with players like Amari Gainer, Marvin Wilson and others recently.

Kornegay shares how he’s helping FSU players right now and who’s impressing him during the intense workouts in an interview with OTB.
