As we embark on this week I challenge us all to take some time, be honest with ourselves, and seek to recognize where our strengths and passions lie. We may find the answers immediately, or it may take longer, but we must ask ourselves these questions if we wish to find more fulfillment and purpose in our lives. Make it a great week y’all.
The process towards changing for the better and taking positive steps in the right direction is not about doing so over night, but rather making one small change after another and allowing them to add up over time.
Give yourself permission to have patience, take your time with the process, and eliminate judging yourself along the way. Simplify rather than complicate, be consistent, and make it happen because YOU CAN, AND YOU SHOULD.

When it comes to confidence, as well as most other things in my opinion, this attribute can be classified as a skill, meaning that it can be improved upon through our own efforts and endeavors. A common misconception of confidence is that we are either born with it or not, and not much can be done to help our cause in that regard; I highly disagree.
