They refuse to be vulnerable at that point.Im suffering with you. I make mistakes. I am not perfect. Because if I was perfect you would be a perfect team, because I would have coached you perfectly. And we would not be facing this situation. But between you and I. Here we are.What are you doing other than coaching to be a better coach.What are you doing on who and how you are a better human being? So that tomorrow you are a little bit more than you were today?Football is about the ultimate commitment to being part of something bigger than you are. .Executing that play as 11 guys all at once. On leadership-What do I need to do so these guys on the field can be better today than they would be if I was not here. Thats leadership.On team rules:they need to be held in a container that allows them to grow at the developmental rate that they are capable of growing that demands they have a set of rules placed around them until they no longer need these rules.
