Probably the most technical we have gone with a coach during these conversation and it was awesome to have Blair on the podcast. Blair is the defence coach for Canterbury u19 who won the national championship in 2019.
We talk through personal and defence philosophies and also creating a close knit team. We get a sneak peak into the doughnut club and talk defence!!
