Everytime I talk with Kahu he makes me think if I am actually doing enough to coach the person and not the player. Kahu is the NZ Maori u18 coach and we jump into one of their camps and talk through what the coaching group expect from each other.

In our debut episode we talk to Jimmy Sinclair who is the current head of coach education in Canterbury, NZ.  He was the head coach of the NZ girls 7s team that went to the youth olympic games in 2018 and won the gold medal.

We explore the journey he took and dive into the stories he shares to really pick out some gold nuggets!!
