  • Tom Ryan, Head Coach - Ohio State Wrestling

On today’s episode; I’m sharing a conversation I had with Tom Ryan. Head Coach of the Ohio State Wrestling program and a powerhouse on the collegiate stage. He’s won plenty wherever he’s been, yet regardless of the multitude of championships he’s won, he ensures that that doesn’t define him. Tom is a phenomenal leader and shared some incredible wisdom with me and I’m grateful for it. After hearing this conversation you’ll see why so many people want to follow and learn from him. In this discussion we talk about:

    ·      How choosing to suffer has led him on the path that he’s on now.

    ·      How he found wrestling and then went on to fall in love with it.

    ·      The impact an Olympic gold medalist had on him

    ·      The three ways his wrestlers are being built to lead.

    ·      His powerful new book he wrote that is being released this month.
