Perception seems to imply that it is not real!

Many people think of EGO as a narcissistic and inflated assessment of self-worth. Yet a balanced EGO is a healthy and essential element of your clients’ personality, and an existential assertion of “Who They Are”!

The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself! And the reason is very self-evident! Your relationship with yourself starts the day you're born and ends on the day you die

define and characterize you.
