In this episode we’re joined by Daniel Niedzkowski, who recently joined the club as assistant coach.

Daniel has an impressive background, having previously led the German FA’s coaches training programme, where he worked with future stars, including Albion’s very own head coach, Fabian Hurzeler.

Daniel’s coaching journey has also seen him work with the Germany under-21s before moving on to the role of assistant coach at Bayer Leverkusen.

In today's pod, he takes us behind the scenes at the training ground, gives an honest appraisal of the gaffer Fabian Hurzeler and reveals why he would never take on the job of manager.
