The journey comes to an end!

There have been nights where I have not been able to sleep because of my dreams. This is a very very small introduction to the good in them. I haven't taken her name, but yes, Shweta is in all of them.

The hurt cycle is basically how we humans project hurt in our own personal past and present on to others. This is not a means for interpretation or replacement for therapy or a counsellor but to be used as generally as possible.

For the uninitiated, I have a bachelors degree in Medicine and a masters in healthcare and have a notable number of hours of observership with therapists and counsellors.
