Less than a fortnight after a technical failure left people unable to contact emergency services in multiple states, Optus has apologised for yet another outage over the weekend.

Today, Communications Minister Anika Wells will meet with the bosses of Optus — and parent company Singtel — to seek assurances on network reliability.
