Tradd Moore is my hero. I say it in the podcast and I'll back it up here: Tradd Moore is the new Jack Kirby. GENIUS. Marvel would be NUTS TO REPLACE HIM AS THE ARTIST ON SILVER SURFER. GOOD THING THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE RIGHT MARVEL??? YOU KNOW...LIKE HOW WE GOT 5 ISSUES OF GHOST RIDER WITH TRADD AND THEN YOU DROPPED HIM? THAT WOULD BE A STUPID MISTAKE TO MAKE AGAIN... Anyway...Event Leviathan is shaping up to be the best thing DC has done in years. Comics are pretty great right now!

I'm not sure if War of Realms was missing pages or if I just didn't get it... Thumbs was pretty incredible, Cosmic Ghostrider Destroys Marvel History is actually pretty funny...DCeased is great, and ridiculous. I'm into Savage Avengers. Hey. That thing from Walking Dead? It's totally a thing.

Holy crap. There's some real game changers for DC this week. Doomsday Clock legitimately justifies its existence. Such a big issue. Superman Leviathan. That's a whole lot of price for an issue, but it's worth every penny.

So much comic books. Yikes. Most importantly, Kevin Eastman's semi-autobiographical comic, Drawing Blood, and the semi-TMNT comic accompaniment, Radically Rearranged Ronin Ragdolls.

War of the Realms, Spidey's new hat appears. I bag on the most positively reviewed comic in the last few months because of a weird pet peeve I have about characters with energy powers? I think I need therapy. Plus, some surprise books that we both loved.

I'm all alone on this one, so I just blow through the new releases in like 15 minutes. Sorry. Plus, hay fever, so I sound like shit. I know! I'm really selling this one. Not great, but the week was a small one anyway.

The Avengers get Savage...War of the Realms keeps being good...even the abysmally nerdily named, War of the Realms : Strike Force The Dark Elf Realm. I couldn't even type that without laughing. Yet...The book RULES. Something happens in Walking Dead...Could be a big deal? Probably not. Major X introduces a new character named something that sounds suspiciously like Reince Priebus...Who knows. Big character change for Vermin in ASM 20HU...DCEASED is cool. Even though we had our parody Nightmare on Elm Street cover weeks before they announced theirs... Whatever. Rad Wraith kickstarter May 1st-30th! Check it out!!!

War of Realms continues with X-folks getting into the fray. Dial H for hero goes Anime. Valiant puts a push on their resident John Constantine. Somebody's tied up in Batman Beyond's basement, and much more.

No really. Read Uncanny X-men. It's really good. So is Naomi. Little Bird. So good. WAR OF REALMS IS ACTUALLY FUN!!!
