Philippians 2:5-11This is the third part of our series Missio Dei, discovering how God's mission in the world is accomplished through His Church. God has designed his church to pursue mission in community. This week we learn about three ways community brings us into faithful alignment with God's mission.

Philippians 2:5-11We continue in our series Missio Dei, discovering how God's mission in the world is accomplished through His Church. This week we discover how our being disciples of Christ rather than consumers of the Church is necessary if we truly desire to pariticipate in God's mission to renew creation.

Philippians 2:5-11We begin a new series on the Missio Dei (the Mission of God). We are reminded that mission is not just another program in the church, but one of God's attributes! Following the model of Christ, we hear again the invitation to participate with God in accomplishing His purposes in the world.

Our newest addition of the pastoral leadership team offers a foundation to his vision of ministry: the gospel. Aaron recounts and unpacks the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15 in his first sermon at Coast Community Church.

John 12: 23-25In this Easter message we reflect on Jesus' death and resurrection not simply as an event to be remembered, but as a pattern to be followed.

Mark 7:1-8, 14-23 Continuing in our study on the doctrine of salvation, Danny leads us in a thoughtful reflection on the biblical understanding of sanctification and holiness.

Rolf offers two deeply meaningful and profound insights about the redemption offered to us by God.

2 Corinthians 5:14-6:2Continuing in our study on the doctrine of salvation, Becky leads us in a thoughtful reflection on the biblical understanding of reconciliation. Ours is a God who has made a way through Jesus for people to experience restored, renewed relationship with Him! And now it is this God who calls His people to proclaim the message of reconciliation to the world.

Romans 8:15-17Continuing in our series, we reflect on another metaphor that Scripture speaks of to describe what happens to people when we come to God in repentance and faith. The biblical idea of adoption reminds us that, in salvation, God welcomes us into His family taking us as His own children.Coast Community also welcomes on this day our new associate pastor, Aaron Caluza.

Ephesians 2:1-10In the second of our series on the doctrine of salvation we consider the idea of regeneration, the confidence that when we come to God in repentance and faith, He not only forgives us, He also makes us new. John Wesley called this the "real" change that takes place in the heart and life of one who has been saved, setting the new believer on a lifetime journey of continual transformation.
