In today’s awesome conversation, my guest is my long time childhood friend, Chase Alford. Interestingly, our relationship start off with some tension, which we discuss.
At the beginning of this conversation, Chase shares how he grew to love the game of football and his transition from high school to competting at the division 2 level. The middle parts of this conversation, we discuss one of the major injuries that significantly made him question his outlook on sports and the struggles he had finding his own identity. As we wrap up this conversation, we discuss what Chase is involved in now, how his sports skills have served him, and advace for athletes who struggle to find their identity after sports.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I.
