Tequila Sunrise Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 oz blanco tequila

4 oz orange juice

1/4 oz grenadine

Optional: Orange Slice + Cherry for garnish

Directions:

Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layer effect.

Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Absinthe Mojito Recipe:

Ingredients:

10 mint leaves

1.5 oz honey simple syrup (Zach made this by following

the recipe listed in the sources)

.5oz absinthe

.5oz lime juice

club soda to top

Directions:

Lightly muddle the mint with the honey simple syrup in a cocktail l shaker.

Add absinthe, lime juice, and ice. Give it a brief shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Top with club soda. Garnish with extra mint leaves and lime wedges.
