About this episode:
Ideally, your brand is something that makes you passionate. Something that excites you every day and pushes you to keep forward the vision. But the way to have a vision that will overcome obstacles and ups and downs is to make it impactful. To include in it how you plan to change the lives of the people you and your brand come across. When you operate at this high level, your vision becomes a purpose, and challenges and obstacles wonβt bring your mood and determination along with them.

About this episode:
There are mental health issues, relationship issues, and emotional problems that are beyond or at least at the edge of behavioral control. People are not trying to be depressed or crazy β they act that way because of the complex brain, hormone, environment, and background issues. There are times when medications are not required where therapy alone or coaching or exercise and diet are all that is required to return a person to normal β whatever that is. I firmly believe that if you think someone is normal you just donβt know them well enough. Some situations require medication. I want to make sure that if someone needs medication that they get it, and further that they get only the correct medication for their condition and then only the minimum they need to βhave a lifeβ.

About this episode:
Today, I will introduce a technique that you need to recall when taking decisions observing specific subjects of a single group at different time periods. This is to determine if the decision you took had the expected results by comparing an indicator before against the same indicator after taking the decision.

About this episode:
Creativity is a curious thing. Firstly, itβs like a muscle, the more you train it, the stronger it becomes. But itβs also true that when you overextend it and want to get it all done at once, you exhaust and burn it, creating the thought of creativity emptiness and boycotting your next creative session. When you investigate and see other ideas, you get inspired and come up with better concepts and works each time. It is true that pressure is not creativityβs best friend, but thereβs a secret recipe to it.

About this episode:
It doesnβt matter what kind of business youβre in, the industry or sub-industry you work for: periodicity is key to success. People tend to believe that the key to success is about great content, but great content can easily be outshined by lack of recurrence, when your audience is excited to see more and comes back for it, and nothing happens, they will certainly find an alternative for the content they seek.
