🪨That situation that was supposed to be a memorial you made it a bad memory 

🪨The hard stone wasn’t supposed to make you hard hearted & hard headed

🪨The story was to give God the glory . You made the story about they stone instead of Gods saving 

V18 

🪨Some things God has been holding up bc you were there . His presence overshadowing your presence is why some people have been preserved 

🪨They thought it would work without you bc they didn’t realize the grace was ON you, not what you do 

Principles 

🌊Dried up what’s tried to drown you 

🌊Carried you to make sure you could cross

🌊Raised you up in front of those who rivaled you   V.14

🔥You’re only use to the stones that tried to kill you so it turned you cold 

🔥But God let you carry the stone to increase your confidence in Christ

“ Faith, Love, & Lies”

Take territory series pt5 

Joshua 2:1-16

Rahab

1️⃣ She lied it made the enemy leave 

2️⃣She believed it was Israel’s  land 

3️⃣She spared the spies lives =saved her own family’s lives 

‼️This seems antithetical to our theology and idea of morality … church taught you were worth more to God than most people …

❓She lied 🤥 Why did God love her ?

❓She was prostitute why did God praise her?

• Rahab was a triple outcast : Foreigner, Female, possibly forced into an unfavorable life (prostitution) but she had unfailing FAITH

• Rahab Lied to men  

         was loved by God 

         Just to end up in the lineage of Jesus

• Some people are mad at you bc👉🏽they can’t categorize you👉🏽God still chose you 👉🏽after all you been through👉🏽and their still asking WHY you?

**Rahab took territory or her life, by helping them take the territory of the land , and ended up in Jesus’ lineage 

In this season be careful who you put your mouth on. Don’t let social media lure you into a false sense of security!

**From mistress of men to ancestress to the Savior

PRINCIPLES that took Place: 

👉🏽 God favored her because of her Faith

👉🏽God covered her because of her confession 

👉🏽God saved her because of her selflessness 

*Wherever you find yourself God is asking for your faith 

*He’s giving you an opportunity to prove this isn’t even the real you 

*You’ve lived a life that’s been a lie 

*Maybe circumstances have trapped you or provided an excuse for you

*God still wants to use you

“The Scarlet Exchange🧣” 

Take Territory Pt6 : The Queen Counsel 

Joshua 2:17-21

Published in 1850, Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The Scarlet Letter" Protagonist she is imprisoned, convicted of the crime of adultery, and sentenced to be forced to wear a prominent scarlet letter 'A' for the rest of her life. the scarlet letter itself, the red 'A'.strong themes of sin and guilt, and it is a societal critique.

Rahab wore a Scarlett reputation as “harlot”

But What We Also Know: 

🧣Made A Binding agreement

🧣Responsible for Bringing in her family

🧣Breaking it would result in Bleeding 

🔥Scarlett rope  was red like blood

👉🏽represented salvation. 

👉🏽Precursor to Jesus saving our souls

👉🏽Preview of when the blood was posted over the doors to save the first borns 

Principles We Learn: 

🚨1 Make a demand of what you desire

(Unselfish /according to Gods desire 

🚨2  Commit to your confession w/o cowardice & compromise 

🚨3 Cover what you’re called to in crimson (blood)

✨Exchange what you have for what God wants!!!!

✨God gave his life for our life Now he requires us to give our life for HIS

✨Exchange your Scarlett Letter of shame for God’s glory  

Rahab was a harlot who exchanged a rope of scarlet that kept her and her family from being Israel’s target‼️

Leading is less about the leader and more about who’s being led . I’m not making you leader to get your lick back Joshua 1:6

Taking the land requires you to listen to

(Gods) law Joshua 1:7

Success is seen when you’re serving in obedience according to the Book(Bible)

You need courage to conquer what’s already in your covenant

The Year of Taking Territory: 

👉🏽if you're going to take territories you have to study and be a student of who has taken the most territory in the text Joshua. 

👉🏽The territory was taken according to Covenant 

👉🏽These were his only marching orders and prerequisites to take territory

👉🏽May God give you your Marching orders in March 

Principles 

🗺️Don’t allowing your mourning to make you miss your moment Deaut 34:8 can’t allow your mourning to make you miss your morning 

🗺️You cannot receive what you haven’t gotten ready for. Get ready for what God wants to give you.   Joshua 1:2

🗺️ God can only give you what you’re willing to go after. Joshua 1:3

🗺️You’ve been sent there… but you still have to “set” your feet there 

🗺️When God is w/you No one will be able to stand against  you Joshua 1:5

Deliverers From the Dark : Manifest Monday  📖1 Samuel 17

To be a Deliverer you Have to:

Principle 1

be willing to take off what’s keeping you from taking off  🚀 V. 39

Principle 2

Become more intentional with your tools  = this makes you skillful V.40

be ok running to the battle when you know what’s in your bag  V. 40+48

You are a creator, So Call it before you carry it ! V51
