  • Being interrupted while coding: (Programmers can take a while to get in the zone... so don't bother them when they're in there!)
  • Mission Creep (Scope Creep)
  • Management who don't care enough to know what programmers do.
  • Being asked to document our own code
  • Working on code that is not documented
  • Hardware-generated errors
  • Vagueness ("It's Broken! Fix it!")
  • People (Other Programmers)
