What does it mean to "Go All In"?

Last week I was encouraged to do something that stretches me and my capacity to lead my family, company, and others around me.

Today on the episode I talk about how I'm growing that container/capacity and embarking on the riskiest thing I've done.

The truth is we will always face struggles in our life. It's not about facing struggles - they're going to come. Life isn't easy. Business is hard. But if you're obsessed with the problem you solve, it's so easy to overcome them.
