Sometimes we all feel so motivated, ready to tackle everything that comes our way. We feel as we are on top of the world and there is absolutely no one that can ruin your vibe.

Then there those days YOU  just want nothing to do with whatever it is the you're working on. Experiencing those feelings are very discouraging and it is completely OK to feel that way. I have people in my life who will always support me and keep me accountable, Matrix in this episode actually kept me accountable and balanced my day. Even during the time I did not want to create anything he was there to help me just put one foot in front of the other and at the end of the day the way I was feeling was filled with satisfaction as we accomplished what we intended to do that day.

unbelievable... since I started the podcast, I have learned so much the entire year. Growth happens every day and I often find myself asking the same question "what would I have done differently?" simple answer is nothing. 

I fell in love with so many hobbies, photography, videography, podcasting just letting my creativity guide me in the future. Leaning new skills as time passes I have focused my time on freelancing, part of the growth comes from the connections I have made through out life.

I thank those who have been there to allow me to create for them and with them, thank you to those that have taken their time to teach me and guide me. Always aiming for progression not perfection.

Some would say we are just plain old lazy and that we just don't want to work. Taking a vacation or spending some extra time for yourself #selfcare doesn't mean that you forget about everything else that is happening around you. It just means you get to recharge to be able to be more productive, creative and even stay sane and healthy. 

When something becomes repetitive we often feel exhausted unmotivated, then we tell ourselves that, THAT is normal we tend to hurt ourselves and become unhappy. Don't ever feel bad about taking that time for you. in exchange you are happier and more productive wether its you, your business or your employer you will ultimately be a HAPPIER person.

Take care of you and don't forget to take some time, reevaluate and take over the world. Lets just be smart about it. 

As we recorded we slowly realize how much we all compare everything we create to what others are doing, simple things like recreating a photo or taking a photo, or things we do in our everyday life. 

We have realized that the only thing we should care about should be our own Progression and not Perfection. Compare your creations with your past self and look at how much you have improved instead of worrying about what the rest of the world is doing.

I often jump into conversations about not having the right gear to start creating. To an extent the answer to the question varies depending on who you ask, in this episode Ken, Matrix and I discuss our personal feelings about gear.

In simple terms NO you do not need all the top of the line to start creating content specially having high level of technology in the palm of our hands. Will having more gear help? YES to improve productivity having the right equipment will ultimately help you deliver a higher quality of product for your clients, but at the end of the day if you focus to much on acquiring all the gear first it really doesn't matter if you don't create content. Gear that is not being put to good use ends up being useless (that's my personal believe)
