By the age of 15, Ruben de Noronha had taught himself.to code and developed 4 apps, at 16 he started a digital agency offering website, app and other digital services to clients.

One of his first clients was a US YouTuber and together they founded Tech Source, a tech advice channel with 2.4m subscribers and 400m+ views.

He's just started his own self titled podcast while is studying at the University of Westminster.

A great example of just getting stuck in, making the mistakes and learning from them toward mastery.

Harry Seaton left school at 16 to sign a record deal, but ended up becoming one of the UK's biggest influencers with explosive growth on YouTube, Facebook and later on Twitter and Instagram.

He then co-founded Fluential, a social media influencer marketing specialist, which he leads at the age of 23.

Fisa Canter is one of the bravest people I have met.

She was an A* student with everything going for her when her brother tragically died after falling in with the wrong crowd. Her life fell apart and she found herself out on the street moving from hostel to hostel.

She turned a corner with the help of charity Spear, and has rebounded brilliantly, earning her qualifications in an apprenticeship and now working as a recruitment professional. She's a great example of the magic that can happen when you ask for help.

Hilary Timmins is a TV Presenter who has worked in both hemispheres, starting in New Zealand the iconic show, "It's in the Bag", and moving on to anchor the weekly Lotto draw.

She's interviewed big names like personalities personalities including Michael Crawford, Dannii Minogue, Christina Aguilera, Jewell, Vanessa May, Jimeoin, Russell Watson and Jonah Lomu.

Most recently she produced and hosted her own series, "Dreamcatchers", in which she tells the story of inspiring Kiwis around the world.

She's a great example of continuous reinvention and having the courage to "just do it".
