Nickolette “Nikki” Driesse is a former American professional soccer star, who last played for ZNK Split in the Croatian First Division. Most recently she became the Head Coach for Northern Highlands girls’ soccer team and made them State Champions in the Fall of 2020. Nikki’s career in soccer began at a young age and after a very promising High School career, she was contacted by several colleges and joined Florida State University. In her first year at Florida State, she helped her team reach the Finals of the 2013 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Tournament, where they eventually lost. The following year, she helped her team reach the final once again, this time claiming the 2014 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Tournament. During this time, she was called for the United States u18 team and u20. After 2 years at Florida State, Nikki transferred to Penn State, winning yet again the 2015 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Tournament, making her a back-to-back champion with different universities. After an incredible college career, Nikki was picked by Orlando Pride in the 2017 NWSL College Draft. After a great first season with Orlando Pride, she briefly played for Sky Blue and eventually went on to join ZNK Split in the Croatian First Division.
