I’ve been having this struggle with my body image for a while.  Well, if you’d asked me a few months ago I’d have told you it was a struggle with my weight.  But really, as with this and all things, it comes down to energy and mindset, right?

But I had an epiphany recently.  It completely changed how I was feeling about myself and the approach I was taking to seeing positive change in my body.  And not only have things started to shift physically after a good WHILE of nothing… more importantly I feel waaaay better. 

And it got me thinking about how what had happened to me, this mindset block I had found myself in around my body - which was literally keeping me stuck where I didn’t want to be - is EXACTLY the same as what can happen to us in business.

So while I’ll share my body mindset blocks, we’ll use this as a case study to illustrate how manifestation REALLY works.
