Today we have gone all the way over to Singapore to talk to Dr Shaan Rai and discuss how we can improve health across the globe.  He has taken it upon himself not only to practice to help his patients he actually works with the government in Singapore to help get Chiropractic recognised in order to make sure the standards of care of high quality. He now runs his own practice in a very specific technique checking what he feels is the most important part of the spine, the upper cervical.

Being a super busy chiropractor and family man he has really had to learn how to adapt his lifestyle to suit his needs in maintaining health. During the Lock down period Dr Philip Mitchell DC took it upon himself to explain the 33 principles of chiropractic to his patients and how that translates to their health. Along side this he did a burpee challenge to do some work on his own fitness and show he is practising what he preaches. It was because of this we really notice him and what it was that he was doing and decided we should bring the chiropractic philosophy to our patients. Practising in to clinics in Sussex both in Horley and Crawley he is an absolute rock star changing the lives of patients in his community.
