Juhi Chowdhary has completed her Masters in clinical psychology and holds a license with the government of India as a rehabilitation psychologist. She also teaches psychology at a high school and runs her own mental health practice. In this day and age of rising mental health problems , she tries to help as many people as she can by asking them to look inwards and be the change they want to then see on the outside.
