Sometimes the thing you build for other people starts with something you had to learn for yourself.

In this episode of Coffey Talk, Kate sits down with fractional CMO Monica Hoyer, founder of VOICES, for a conversation that starts with communication and ends somewhere much bigger.

Monica shares how coaching changed the way she listens, communicates, leads, and handles the tendency to absorb everything around her. That realization eventually became part of the inspiration behind VOICES, a one-day online conference on November 12 created to give Microsoft partner marketers a place to learn from the people actually doing the work, have honest conversations, and find their community.
