We delve into bullying, youth activism, and what transition from Grade 8 to High School is like during a pandemic. We quickly learned although many things have changed since our time in school - Many of the same issues still exist.

Dan Squared get the inside scoop on Access Open Minds - Sarnia's newest Mental Health program that bridges the community with specialized and focused treatment. We also learn about what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to implementing such a large scale project.

'Unlearning things we know; Discovering things we don't' We sit down and talk with the inspiring Melanie Rocca - former International Gymnast and Inductee in the Sarnia Hall of Fame. This was definitely one of our most moving and intriguing podcasts when it comes to the topic matter (could be a trigger warning for some; but we all know, the whole point of this podcast is to get uncomfortable) yet it was actually one of the most fun. Dan and I dive into the world of amateur/competitive gymnastics along with the mental health and pressures that come along with it. Also, we explore the concept of finding your identity when you have been forced out of your Comfort Zone and everything you have come to know.

Our first Live Show was a success to say the least! Thank you to all those that attended. Listen as Dan let's out some of his inner-frustration in 'Angry Chair'.
