  • #56 - Jewish Scholar - Alex Sigal - "The ROI On Smiling"

Alex  was always an exploratory person, open to exploring the hidden depths of life. This became especially true in his 20s, when his own Jewish heritage became a centerpiece of deeper thought as on campus Jewish outreach sparked a deep interest in his Jewish identity. This led him on a path of 6 years of study in Israel in a "Yeshiva" where he learned how to blend the physical and spiritual world in a beautiful balancing act that to this day, is expressed in his work as a musician, sales personality, and devoted Jew.

  • #54 - A Prenatal Memory Survivor - Christian Sundberg - "You Are Not Human"

When Christian was a young child, he remembered his existence before coming to Earth. While that memory left him completely for his early adult life, it spontaneously returned 11 years ago as he took up a meditation practice and went through a personal awakening journey. He also began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs). He now often speaks publicly as he seeks to remind others in at least a small part of who we really are beneath the human “play.” Professionally, Christian has worked for 16 years as a project manager for complex nuclear pump and valve manufacturing projects. He is the author of the book “A Walk in the Physical,” which attempts to succinctly describe the larger spiritual context in which we exist and the importance of love in our human journey. • #53 - A Vegan - Nate Menge - "Goat Urine and Exploitation"

Nate was raised on a farm in rural Pennsylvania.  He left home for the University of Pittsburgh, graduating in 2002. Since then, he has developed a decent career as a software engineer, and is the father of one silly boy. He's also vegan, but not one to talk about it unless asked. So I asked him about it. A lot, and it produced a truly interesting discussion about animals, farming, exploitation, and of course, goat urine.
