Cole Thompson is the founder and operator of the Illinois Deer & Beer Fest in Bloomington, Illinois. He also runs Hunter's Haven Archery Pro Shop in Champaign, Illinois. Cole started the Deer and Beer Fest in 2019, and after 2 missed years for COVID, 2023 will be the third year for the show.

This year's Deer and Beer Fest will be at the Interstate Center August 25th-27th.
