My guest today is a transplant from Massachusetts who's somehow developed a Canadian accent along the way. He grew up in a hockey rink and eventually took his love for the game to the professional level. He retired from the game but not his pursuit of wellness and is continuing to strive to hit personal bests in the gym and the kitchen.
