Below is a picture of my "posture" in circa 2010 and today. Notice the difference in my degree of lumbar lordosis, which is probably the most dramatic. But it also appears I have a bit smoother of a kyphosis as well in the thoracic spine. Notice, I'm also about 10 pounds heavier in the pic on the right.
